Hi Folks (and especially RisaG)

Chef Chow's is absolutely fabulous.  Mixed with course
ground
mustard, it makes the best sandwich spread this side of
heaven!
My problem is finding it.  Since I moved to the Annapolis,
MD
area, I can't find an oriental grocery store that carries
it,
and there doesn't appear to be a web site.

Can anyone help?

something called Chef Chow's Szechuan Hot Bean Paste.

hot stuff.
