Errrrm, they 're not all chilli oils. Strictly speaking only one of
them is a chilli oil... and one is a chilli sauce. But all the others
use chiles and/or
chilli oil in their making. And, yes, I have made 9 of the 12 that I
posted (or near enough to that receipe to say I've made it). I'll try
the others, especially the squid, RSN.
I'm a cook as well as an eat and trying to be a grow as well. I did do
well enough last year to share some excess peppers with another list
member who lives here in the Great American Outback.
Thanks for the kind words. I've replied off list to Chuckie as I don't
want to start a flame-fest.
