[CH] As long as were on the topic of posting.....

I agree 100% concerning the recipe posting and redundancy of the included
"original postings".
For those of us on the digest, there is no way to filter out the subject,
author or content of the newsgroup.
Is there any possibility to get input from Dave about the inclusion of
replies in everyone's reply. If you take the time to look at the digest,
more that 25% of the total message body is quoted material from original
postings. Is it necessary to include the body of the original post when
replying? The digests ARE archived on the GlobalGarden and can be retrieved
at any time.
I agree, post the URL for the recipe, not cut and paste it into the
newsgroup. Once and a while is completely appropriate but come on, this is
getting crazy.
Hey, isn't there a similarity between our CH list and Chile Pepper magazine.
Both have moved away from the serious grower, user and fanatic into endless
amounts of recipes.

*** Remember, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I don't need people
flaming me for trying to be the Czar of this newsgroup!
