Sorry I lost the address of the individual who wanted some info on pH
meters or paper. I have a package of pH strips that test from 7.0
neutral to 14.0 (max alkaline) send address by e-mail and I'll send them
to you. Also if your patient, I'll be in a lab. in the next month or so
and can get you some for the acid side.I don't believe pH strips are any
more accurate (nor do I believe there is need) than .5 increments. I
have a hand held pH meter somewhere in the house, a reasonably good one
is going to cost in the $75.00 neighborhood range. It is also
Temperature compensated which is important. If I can find it I might
consider a swap such as lunch at Desire in New Orleans!! the next time I
visit. Guess that's it must go. Peter
