  Steve,
I'm not sure you thought this completely through before making these plans.
Could we compromise with, say, a ristra worn as a laurel wreath? Or maybe
James the Elder might bake a loaf of THE BREAD in the shape of a bowler
hat. Susan Byers might look good in a tasteful tepin tiara, but really, I
think that's asking for a lot of work.

Well, I'll still try to attend, even though I think it sounds kind of
crazy. Maybe the local Odd Lots will have one of those tortilla sombreros
with the salsa bowl in the middle of it, and I can try to blend in with one
of those.

Hey- we thought this through real hard- we sat and thought and drank
and thought- then it occurred to us that maybe wearing crowns was a bit
restrictive. So we voted (I think) that real nice underwear would be ok.
