Bells and serranos are Capsicum Annuum, and should cross quite readily.
Habs are Capsicum Chinense, and should cross with most Annuum, though
perhaps not quite as readily.  In either case the results of the cross are
*supposed* to be apparent only in the seeds of the fruit of the cross, (not
in the current pods, but their offspring.)  This last point is open to some
debate, as individual experience has tended to vary, (at least, on this
list).
