Oh, as a native Hoosier, transplanted to Dee-troit, I'm sooo sorry I
missed the Indiana Hot-Luck. Bummer. Maybe next year!

On Sunday, my SO, finally planted the seeds from Shepherd's
(http://www.shepherdseeds.com/). They are in the "upstairs" bathroom
with the space heater with the door shut. The temp right now is about 85
degrees. (Gary always starts the seedlings in this bathroom and they
turn out great every year!)

Anyway, this year we planted Shepherd's Firenza Jalapenos. Last year,
those babies were HOT!!! (Much, much, hotter than the serranos, planted
nearby). Anyway, if you are looking for a fiery hot jalapeno, give them
a try. (Usual disclaimers apply, we're just a satisified Shepherd's
customer for a number of years).

This year we also did Nu-Mex and some serranos, so wish us luck!
