I make my own versions of Emeril's spices without the salt. I have the
recipes for Bayou Blast, Southwest and Rustic Rub. When you make them at
home, you can omit the salt. I have two versions in my kitchen - with
the salt and without. But I would probably buy them anyway if they were
sold at Costco. We don't belong to BJ's (altho' we once had a 3 month
free membership. Went there 2x. Found their products weren't as good as
Costco's) but we do belong to Costco and shop there 1x a month.
