Yesterday we grilled some catfish with Emeril's Rustic Rub and they were
great. The first two pieces I dipped into the rub, and thought I got too
much seasoning on them. So I sprinkled the rest and they were much better.
I have saved the recipes that were sent in. We have a catfish pond in the
front yard so I am always looking for different ways to cook them.
