Here in Oz, we hve been watching a cooking show from Scotland with a
brilliant chef called Nick Nairn presenting. The name of the show is
Wild Harvest. If this comes to your Television station it quite worth
watching. In one episode Nick clears the kitchen of camera crew and
sound people when he adds Chile Oil by mistake to a very hot pan instead
of his normal oil. This segment should be recomended viewing for all
novice Chile Heads. Credit must go to the cameraman who kept filming
while running for the door. Maybe Graeme Casselton or Andrew Healy could
contact Nick and Invite him to become an Honarary Chile Head.

FWIW the show deals with fresh food, herbs, really fresh seafood, game.
Nick cooks with fishermen on the beaches etc and then cooks the same
produce in his kitchen, which by the way would make a great set for
Backdraft 2 as he obviously has no smoke detectors in there. The food
can be classified as real food and not nouvelle cuisine..
