Hi,
I want to apologize to everyone who encountered difficulties with my
Peruvian recipes attachment! Mea Maxima Culpa - won't do that again.
Just so you'll all forgive me, here's a recipe for a great dip (we like it
with good quality potatoe chips - "crisps", I think they might be called
abroad - using aji amarillo:
1 container cottage cheese - small curd, creamed
small clove garlic minced fine
lots of fresh chopped up chives - or green onions chopped fine
as much aji amarillo as you like
freshly ground pepper
Mix together, enjoy, and be prepared to make a second batch.....
