A friend just brought me a bottle of Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce, which she
picked up while in Jamaica. This is good stuff. Great clean habanero
taste, and good heat.

Good to have friends that bring you presents when they return from
vacations. :-)

The nice looking label says Baronhall Farms, Jamaica on the side it says,

Product of Jamaica

Packed For Jamaica Standard Products Company, Limited
Williamsfield Manchester Jamaica, W.I.

First ingredient is Hot Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Habaneros), the second is 5%
vinegar. Then, sugar, stabilizer (clear gel), ginger, pimento, cinnamon,
garlic powder, onion powder.

Has anyone seen this stuff around here? In any event, I thought I'd
mention it, in case anyone is going to Jamaica, or sees it. Don't know
what it costs, but I do recommend this one.
