Same here. Fan is quiet enough to run all night without bothering too much
(as long as it's in another room). Thermostatic control allows drying at
very low temperatures to preserve flavor and aromas -- humidity where I
live is low enough I usually dry chiles at 100-105 F., at which temp most
chile types dry to crisp within 24 hours. No turning, rotating, shifting
of contents/trays is required. Easy to clean. Square footprint, for
efficient usage of space. I should get a commision :-) [but I don't --
just a satisfied customer]
