My garden plot was selected in a flood plain near a creek bed because it
had the richest soil in the area. Who would have thunk that when the
skies opened up and dropped 4 inches of rain overnight that I would find
my plants half submerged in muddy flood water. (Duh!) With this being in
the country and such, there is good reason to believe some septic tanks
may have overflowed and contaminated the flood water. So any fruit on
the plants will have considered unsafe to eat.

Oh well. At least any future fruit should be safe.......
