I visited Penzey's today. Man, what a wonderful feast for the nose! It
has all the spices and seasonings from their catalog and jars of most of
the seasonings available for sniffing/ tasting. I thought I would let
people know that they are opening a new store in Conn. (Norwalk?)

I tend to make my own seasonings, like I make Garam Masala from scratch,
so I found myself occasionally thinking " Mine is better" but I'm an
extremist when it comes  to making from scratch.
