Hi,

I get the Penzey's catalog.  It is a great educational resource.  They
explain in detail about the different spices.

I never realized there was so many types of Curry until reading the
catalog.

I have wondered what the store was like.

Maybe we can post the address for the catalog if anyone is interested.

Usual disclaimers apply - just another good tool for chileheads!
