I just got a call from my wife to inform me that when I get home this week
that I was going to have to figure out what to do with all the peppers from
my garden. I guess the jalapeno, hot wax,and pablano crop was quite good
this week. I have tried all ways to preserve peppers so, looking for some
variety, I was wondering if any one could tell me what the best way to smoke
peppers is so I can have chipotles. Thanks.
