[CH] Peachfish Pie

With apologies to Tom Robbins.....
Take your basic peach pie recipe. Chop up a few tiny little red Thai
peppers and addd them to the peach mixture. Add a little extra sugar and a
squeeze of lime juice. After rolling out the top crust and moving it to its
appropriate destination, use the leftover scraps to create the image of a
fish, scales and all, and affix him (her?) to an aesthetically pleasing
part of the top crust using egg white as a glue. Brush the entire top crust
with beaten egg mixed with a little water, and bake until done.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
