Doug I'm in Santa Cruz, and while my anaheims and poblanos are doing great,
the thais and jalapenos are JUST starting to come out.  As are the tomatoes.

We are a month late essentially, and I would assume the same is true for
the commercial chile crop...we all get the same weather!
