Hi all

I'm fairly new to this, amazing what you can learn in a few short weeks!
I recently bought a Habanero plant which has yielded approx 20 bright
orange, very hot chilis. I've eaten a few but now need to save the rest.
I've heard that drying will lose a lot of the fruit flavour. Is the
best way therefore to freeze? I'd also like to pickle some and possibly
make some Chili Vodka - has anyone any recipes?
Once I get used to the heat, I'd really like to push the boat out and
go for some Red Savinas - any scources for the UK?

Cheers folks

Tim
