I consulted my friend, the propagatin guru and he offered this advice.

He gets awsome yields of tomatos, peppers, eggplant (fancy eggplants,
orange, white striped, etc.)
He has fans, plain old cheap fans from Wal-Mart, circulating the air
around the indoor plants.

Come to think of it, the best results I ever had were with the
overwintered plants I put in my dining room which has a ceiling fan that
I turn on almost every day during the winter, just to keep the air
circulating.
