Well lately I did some experiments with Madame Jeanette in wine alcohol of
70 %.
Did put 5 pcs sliced in 0,7 liter alcohol.
The result is more than I expected, after 3 weeks the color was bright
yellow and smelled like a case af Madame Jeanette peppers.
I tasted it pure... man was I on fire! (and not by the alcohol) even had a
wet back one hour after.
But as a trough host I've served it to a couple of friends a day after.... I
have gave some severe warnings first that it could be to hot for some...
(they know me and still some were greedy...)
The all had the same experience, some cry, some jumped almost to the sealing
or were looking for other drink food or anything they could put in there
mouth.
I think it's to strong and have to dilute it with some plane alcohol water
mixture.

But it does taste very good with orange juice! Vitamins with a bite, love
it...

I've heard some of our CH's have Habs on vodka or alcohol, but don't have
there reaction heard yet.
Have you visit the inferno vodka site already gives nice info on peppered
vodka and recipes

look on, http://www.InfernoVodka.com

Good hot luck
