Ok for your lazy people that won't look at the web page <g>

Zebra striped tomato 
brandywine tomato 
marvel tomato 
yellow pear cherries (about 4) 
one or two Poblano chili (or jalapeno, or heat of your choice!) 
1/2 cup onion chopped 
3 cloves garlic, minced 
minced cilantro to taste 
lime or lemon juice 


               
Directions For Making Heirloom Pico De Gayo:

Chop up the tomatoes into small size (about 1/2 inch pieces).
Cut and devein the peppers and chop to about the same size.
add the onion, the garlic and cilantro and then cover with lemon juice or
lime juice until all ingredients are covered (ie, enough to marinade the
stuff.

Serve fresh with your favorite mexican dish..

The thing that makes this such a wonderful pico de gayo is with the
heirloom tomatoes are so colorful and tasty!
