A dissent. I went to Macao the last time I was in the area and had a grand
time - and had a bowl of the spiciest vegetable soup I've ever had.
Couldn't tell you what is was as my buddy and I had both thrown ourselves
on the mercy of the little old lady who served us (her English was every
bit as good as my Portegeuse or Cantonese), and I think she must have had a
sense of humor, because you could see the rest of the folks looking at us
when she brought the food out - I believe we were supposed to gasp and cry,
but we were true chile-heads and loved it...we immediately became part of
the "in-crowd" there..;>)
