1.] Is anybody else going to the Florida Fiery Foods Show to be held in St.
Petersb'g, Fla., on 9th011th OCT.? I see Mary and Martha of Firegirl will be
there. Looks like about 200 venders/dealers/et al will be there. Saw in
newspaper(Tribune) that the Pepper Lady/ Herbal Lady will be showing about
200 different plants and possibly selling some. Knowing me, I'll prob., end
up w/ a few %^):) . { USUAL DISCLAIMERS!}
2. Picked up (actually was given) a bottle of Sauce from AZ: ASS KICKIN
ORIGINAL HOT SAUCE ( Kick Yo' Ass Hot!). Manuf: Southwest Specialty
Food,Inc. Has "ASS KICKIN CORNBREAD RECIPE on back label. Ingred: Habs and
Crushed Serrano peppers.
Quite thick stuff,too,not runny.I can taste Habs right away. Not bad.
Anybody else tried this?
3.] Got in mail a catalog that I didnt ask for, somebody in family must have
entered my name for it. It is the "Texas Hot Tubbin' " Harvest ed. 1998
from Salsa Exppress. [ Again, U.D ] Loads 'n loads of sauces,ch-type items.
Has hot sauces from mild up to ratings of 10+ ( Insanity Reserve, You cant
Handle this, Doc McNeil's Final Experiment, to name a few) . Quite
interesting reading. Anybody else know anything 'bout this??
Boy,Howdy...sure was nice to see the Master CHer's entries in the Digest
lately (Rael).
