I am waiting for application,in order to submit a recipe in the "Ammytoors"
section of thr FFF show. BTW: u do know about SAM'S carrying a Hab Cheese.
I'm knawing on a piece right now. Got a bite to it.[PUN?]

I tried making a Chilli Powder today. Suprised myself. It came out so good,
I used up a goodly amount for 7qts of chilli (sorry, but WITH beans and two
small cans of Hunt's diced Tomatos[ for Doug, Tomatoes %^) ]. Gonna take
into work tomorrow for Associates food fest.
Here is what I put together for Powder.

Ed's Sly Powder ( it sneaks up on ya! )
2 tsp Calvins
4 tsp Cayenne Powder
5 tsp Hungarian Paprika
5 tsp Hot red pepper Powder ( Dark red in color/colour, not listing what
peppers...from New Mexico )
6 tsp Cumin
6 tsp Spanish Oregano
1 tsp Onion Powder
4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chopped (dry) Cilantro   [ so, I like it <g> ]
1tsp Turmeric [for color]
1 tsp. salt

Try it and see what u think of it. Always open to Constructive (as vs.
Destructive) Critisism [SP?-2].
Mary and crew from firegirl will be attending that FFF show. I might stay
over night to collect FF miles <g>, so will show up w/ 1.75ltr of CH Vodka.
