    Hi Baker-

    About those "freaky Red Savinas"-   A large number of people, including
myself and other members of this digest, have had the same experience with
Red Savina peppers.  Most of us acquired our seeds from Shepherd's Garden
Seeds.  There seems to be a problem with their Red Savina seeds, but they
are presently trying to get it right.  I'd be interested to know where you
got your seeds.  I've never found another source for the Red Savina besides
Shepherd's.
