Try this.  heat all the ingredients you used in a sauce pan untill all the
veggies are soft. I would leave out the oil, but thats up to you.  Try using
Honey instead of Sugar, and add some other spices such as Thyme, Cumin, Basil,
Oregano, etc to make it more complex.  Also, the more Fresh Peppers you use,
the better.  Chilepowder just doesn't work well, except to add flavor
enhancement or bring the heat level up.  Anyway, simmer this mixture untill
everything cooks, then let it cool a bit, then Puree it in the blender.
Wahlah! you've got Hot sauce.
