Hi C-H's,

A big "thank you" to Gary Allen for his informative replies. Only on the
C-H's list!

On the subject of sharpness in food, and almost on topic, the word "keen"
is sometimes used in English English as in "keen as mustard". (In fact it
is also missused in describing a person "as keen as mustard" when earnest
is implied.)

                     Regards, Cameron.
