OK Jill,

heres my recipe,

Place Chiles in Zip Loc Bag,  Preferably largest size possible.  Use green or
red or both.  Seal Zip Loc(s) expressing most of the air.  Place bags in
suitable size card board box and seal shut w/ packing tape.  Place label on
outside of box.  On label, Print clearly as follows:

Ship to:
Eric Lewis
2585 Bell Road 
Montgomery, AL  36117


Take box to Post Office tomorrow.  Have postal official, (preferably an
undisgruntled one) mail package to address on label.

I'll let you know how the sauce comes out when I get em.
