Try using just one pepper at a time, keeping track of what you eat, to see if
it is a particular type that bothers you.  I am wickedly sensitive to 
cayenne - it always does the Flaming Sword Dance in my colon the next day -
but no other kind of pepper does that (not even pure capsaicin oleoresin) so
I just avoid cayenne and have no problem.

Others have found that roasting the peppers and removing the skins help...
your mileage may differ...
