[CH] capsaicin receptor biology

While looking around the web for information on capsaicin I ran across 
these two sites.  The first one is from a bunch of AR college students and 
is a nice introduction about some of the science of why we feel the heat 
from hot peppers and a hypothesis on why you can build up a tolerance 
against hot peppers.  The second paper is about getting to the Getting at 
the Molecular Roots of Pain.  Both are very interesting, although things 
are cloned its not for crops so dont worry, learn some cool things about 
our capsiacin receptors.
