I have been fortunate enough to receive some seed samples which
contain more seeds than I can grow. I have packaged them up at
10 seeds per package and am willing to share them for a Self
Addressed Stamped Envelope in the US and a Self Addressed
Stamped envelope with one US Dollar outside the US. Before I
describe the seeds, here are the hooks:

Most of these are hybrids, so it would be nice if you are growing an
open pollinated variety to compare them to.

I only have 15 to 20 packets of 10 seeds each so in order to spread
them around, please ask for two varieties and suggest a couple of
alternates in case I run out of some of your first desire.

As I was sent these seeds for evaluation, I will send you a very
simple questionairre to fill out at the end of the season.

If you receive the seeds and don't think the plants will mature
before the end of your season, please plant half of them anyways
and save the others for next season.

Seeds will be sent first come first served and you should be
prepared to receive an envelope with no seeds and a Sorry! note.

Please send your request and SASE to:

Here are the varieties and short highlights.

FOOLED YOU HYBRID PEPPER

REMARKABLE JALAPENO PEPPER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO
HEAT

This is the one I pooh-poohed a couple of weeks ago, but I promise
I won't tell anyone if you ardent Chile-heads want to try it. I'm going
to.

Bred to be non-pungent while retaining the taste.
Perfect for exemplary mild salsas and salsas
Superior yield potential for big Jalapeno peppers.

GIANT MARCONI HYBRID PEPPER

BIG, LOVEABLE (BUT ODD) SWEET PEPPER

Bred in Italy, captures hearts of American and Canadians
Early maturity and setting ability make it hard to ignore
Use for grilling, roasting, frying, salads, salsa, hot dishes

KUNG PAO HYBRID PEPPER

ASIAN PEPPER MAKES GREAT KUNG PAO

Thin walled peppers dry fast
High heat measure approximately 10, 000 Scovilles
Skinny fruits by the overflowing basketful

LUIGI HYBRID PEPPER

A TASTE OF ITALY-YOU'VE GOT TO TRY LUIGI

Extremely early maturity - 62 days
Supreme yield potential - 45 peppers per plant in one trial
Sweet Italian pepper adapts to your cooking style

SERRANO DEL SOL HYBRID PEPPER

FIRST HYBRID SERRANO OFFERS PROFOUND
IMPROVEMENTS

Matures two to three weeks earlier than Open Pollinated Serrano
Chili
Fruits are double the size of O.P. Serrano Chili
Fruits are darker green than O.P. Serrano strains

All of the above will be 2001 introductions and all of the hype
including misspelling Chile is not this author's.

The last one is an Ornamental which I just purchased and received
seeds for. It's called PRAIRIE FIRE and a Plant Patent has been
applied for just like RED SAVINA & FRANCISCA Habaneros.

It's a small plant with varying colored fruits at the same time. Claim
is that it's great for bedding, drying, pickling, indoor pots.

Get those SASEs in!!!
