Sorry about the blank post! My "send" finger is faster than my brain.
Anyway--
The date for the 2nd Annual Central Texas Hotluck has been set! Mark your
calenders for
Saturday, April 15th.
Location: Austin, TX (precise details to follow -- I'm still working on the
special guest location)
Come on Texians (or anybody else for that matter) and meet some of your
fellow list-members, lurkers, and list member wannabes. Eat outrageously hot
food and not hear any complaints about jalapenos being too hot. Sample some
of the winners of the Austin Salsa Competition. Join a field trip to the
locations of the local hot sauce shops. Drink Austin beer (or not). Have
fun!

they're limited, though). Tell your friends and fire-eating neighbors
(except maybe that one with all the junk in his front yard and the tattoos
who never bathes and who trained his dog to chase the kids as they walk to
school). Remember, the more we get the more hot food you get to sample!
