[CH] Plant ID

A couple of years ago I picked up some seeds from the Seed Savers Exchange
that were labeled "Bolivian Yellow Chile".  I've never gotten any to sprout
until this year....just one came up.  At about 6" in height it has large
leaves, a purple stem and flower buds that appear to contain yellow flowers.
What else do I need to be looking for in order to ID this plant?  Would
anyone care to hazard a guess?
