[CH] Flowering Rocotos

I started some Rocotos (Rocoti, Rocotoes?) in my basement on the first of
the year.  Well I have one that is in full bloom. The flowers are a
beautiful blue - purple. Now, Byron, I don't want to buy any Halide or High
Pressure Byronium lights since I have just about spent my gardening
allowance on more light fixtures, pots, soil and other supplies for the
other stuff I have going. The weather outside here in SW Wisconsin is still
a bit chilly and windy. So, what's the best way to pollinate these beauties?
