Green If you use the right green bell, and you use enough Red Savy or habs or thai's into the stuffing for a stuffed pepper, you will never taste the shell. I grow one called a Whopper, when cooked has almost no taste to it. About 4 1/2 in around with a nice flat bottom. Byron
