[CH] The new pepper

Hi Tom and others who have responded.  I live in zone 7 VA.  Although
the calendar sayst that we have spring, the weaher has not figured that
out yet.

The pepper plants on at my office.  They are  setting on a radiatior
which has a 1" board across it.  The peppers get some sun in the am but
get full afternoon sun through large windows.  Guess that they are happy
there,.  Should I put them into the ground or just outside in their
pots?
