UPSCALE:  Chop the yolks separate from the whites, 
get some chopped onions and toast points (lightly
toasted, no butter) hot sauce of choice and a nice jar
of caviar (they did just open up the Iranian mkt, right?).
Wash down with champagne or chilled vodka.

DOWNSCALE: Deviled eggs, sprinkle with hab flakes
instead of paprika.  Wash down with beer of choice.
