I just re-read the ingredients list and must correct myself.  Although I
don't taste it, it does have some white vinegar in it.  The list is:

Carrots, white vinegar, onions, habanero peppers, key lime juice, garlic,
canola oil, spices.  No preservatives.  It also says must refrig. after
opening, so perhaps that is why I'm not tasting the vinegar, not too much
added, I'd guess.
