These are probably Ajoema peppers, also spelled Adjoema or Adyuma. These are
very hot red or yellow peppers from Surinam, shaped much like small bell
peppers. In The Netherlands Ajoema peppers are widely available from Surinam
exotic food shops. Some shopkeepers label the red Ajoema's as Cayenne
peppers. Yellow Ajoema's are NOT the same as Madam Jeanette peppers, also
from Surinam, which are more elongated, always yellow when ripe, and have a
very distinct aroma. Ajoema seeds and plants are sold by Xotus in Delft,
www.xotus.nl or e-mail info@xotus.nl . Xotus also sells another red variety
from Surinam and the Madam Jeanette.

Happy searching!
