G'day Hot-Heads, I have a little query about chile roasters like you hear about primarily in New Mex etc. What are these things? Can you make one up yourself? Do they remove skin as well? I have heard about stationary as well as rotary ones but don't know much about them at all. Could someone kindly help me out on this one please and/or point me to an appropriate site.
