Hello Chile Heads!

I'm de lurking to ask a question...I've let my
heat tolerance lapse over the course of two years
and would like to build it back up. I just feel
better when I get a certain amount of heat. At the
same time I'd like to introduce hotter foods to my
1 1/2 year old toddler. He loves guacamole and
managed to eat half a tub of the stuff before I
tasted it and realized it had jalapenos in it. It
was warm enough that I noticed it. Didn't seem to
faze him, but one bite of chilequiles (SP?) with
the serranos picked out had him pawing at his
mouth. The difference could have been the fat
content of the guacamole. I really don't want to
have to make two meals. Anyone with Chile Head
kids out there?

TIA
