Mike has company in the northeast.  My chiles got more light (and heat) under 
a florescent in the cellar than outdoors in the garden.  Not the amount of 
rain here as in the midwest, but all plants sulking in cold conditions, 
overcast days, and more than ample rain.  58 degrees at 2pm in June??  I 
don't think my raised beds could pass Lord Byron's bare fanny test so far 
this season.
Sorry to be sharing gloom.  Temperatures are predicted to go to 80s for the 
next four days, but with thunderstorms all four days, ooooofff.
