My daughter and I made an adaptation of a recipe that came out as a wheel of
brie wrapped in thin slice smoked salmon and topped with a bouquet garni of
fresh herbs (I think this time it was thyme, oregano, basil and rosemary)
and then wrapped in phyllo dough. Brush liberally with butter and bake
until golden. Slice open and scoop up with crackers or bread of your
choice.
