[CH] Recommendation needed

Hey y'all!!

I have been diligently drying and bagging groups of chiles as we have
harvested them. {{As a side note of newbie advice :-), careful package
marking can save headaches down the road as dried peppers tend to favor in
appearance but NOT heat}}...but I digress...

I have a small kitchen coffee grinder that I used last year to make some
mixes with dried chiles. I was disappointed that I didn't get more of a
"powder"

Can anyone here suggest a brand of grinder here in the US or mail order that
produces a powder from dried chiles...do I need to mention that I am not
overloaded with cash to spend on this frivolity of kitchen gadgetry?
