I like to thank all those who replied to my post and for giving suggestions. I ended up getting a Cuisinart DLC-1BK chopper and grinder, for around 30 dollars US. I figured I could use one any way. I am going to give it a whirl with some dried peppers I bought at a mexican market. Hope it work ok, if not I might try on of those pepper shaker grinder thing. Matt Prerost
