Hey, loving hot foods is a great life!

With that said, we, d'oni enterprises will be there both days, bright and 
early.  I think we may stay over the night prior somewhere. 

Wouldn't entering the contest be fun?

Helen's Habanero Lime Cheesecake was so phenomenal, I either will not touch 
cheesecake for another 14 or so years...or give up my life as a vegetarian, 
just so I can indulge.  The choice is really hard for me right now....Hey, 
maybe we could have a soy-version???  

The funny part about our trip to Austin:  my husband teased me for a long 
while about the amount of meat served in Texas, so wouldn't it just figure 
that Austin is where I had a bite of cheesecake and had chicken in my mouth 
for about 10 seconds!

And by the way, Dave, how have you liked Big Papa's BBQ sauce?  In our humble 
opinion, it is Fab!
