<< Any more ideas? >> This is ridiculously easy, but festive. Slit chilies length wise 4 to 6 or 8 slits, leave stem intact, place in ice water, and watch them curl into beautiful flowers. Great as edible garnish! Learned this one in Thailand and Viet Nam. Mary-Anne
