Yes, it had been transplanted to progressively bigger pots every year
and at the end resided in a huge one....24 inches wide and 24 inches
deep.

I don't really think so; it just withered away last winter despite the
grow light and identical treatment to prior years. At least it was just
one plant, the habs and superchiles survived so I am not without.
